Our Milk

Triple 3 Livestock is a seasonal, grass-based dairy farm that produces the highest quality milk without using any hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides. All of our milk is sold to Organic Valley, one of the finest retailers of organic milk products. 

 Our Beef

All of our dairy cows are born and raised organically. Our calves are raised with a select group of nurse cows until they are weaned at six months of age. Having our calves stay with these mother cows allows them to nurse for as often and as long as they'd like. The calves graze the pastures at an earlier age, grow faster, and are extremely healthy and hardy.

On or off season, all of our cows are consuming the highest quality grass pastures, hay, and baleage.

We currently sell our beef by the whole or half carcass, and by individual cuts. At this time we are  unable to take our animals to an organic slaughter house, so although the meat you purchase from us is organic, it is not processed organically. We are hoping to change this in the future.

We are looking into selling at our local farmers markets in 2013. Until then, please contact us directly about purchasing our beef.
