Show Results

We started showing 2007 when our children were 11, 9, and 6. In the beginning, we stayed in New York- going to the ABGA shows in Syracuse, a few open shows here and there, and the local 4H junior fair. In the short years since then, we have traveled to ABGA shows in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as the sanctioned shows in Syracuse. We generally go to at least 6-8 shows during the show season, and enjoy meeting fellow goat breeders and enthusiasts!

The 2011 show season is over and we are already looking forward to 2012! We had fun at shows in New York, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania this year. We didn't end up going to Maryland or Virginia like we'd originally planned, but there's always next year!

Our percentage and fullblood does did well this year, consistantly placing in the top half of their classes. The competition keeps getting tougher, so are always happy placing in the ribbons. Unfortunately, as the pictures show, our herd sire does not always cooperate for pictures!
